Not For Profit
Riata is involved with many not-for-profits, and offers additional services specifically for them:
- Develop and implement a system to ensure all donations and gifts-in-kind are tracked, processed and receipted in a registered charity environment.
- Establish a reporting structure for financial statements and information to adhere to guidelines and appropriate responsibilities with staff and Board of Directors.
- Work with Board of Directors or Finance Committees to examine, monitor and improve financial position of the organization. (i.e. – Reassess existing contracts and agreements to reduce expenses wherever possible, including negotiations with financial institutions and funders.)
