Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client Relations
- Manage and grow primary accounts
- Ability to generate contact reports, creative briefs and website mapping
- Continuously monitor accounts and promote new service opportunities
- Business writing
- Act as marketing consultant for primary accounts
- Project management
- Field marketing when required
Education & Experience
- Related degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business
- 4 + years generalist marketing experience
- Background in advertising/agency and public relations is a plus
- Experience in copy righting, conference and trade show management is an asset
- CAAP or other accreditations an asset
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (both internal and external)
- Great organizational skills – time sheets required
- PC proficient with experience in MS Office Suite
- Fast thinker/problem solver, with attention to detail a must
- Highly motivated team player, with self-driven initiative
Working Condition: Normal for an office environment. Travel to Calgary/Edmonton and other Alberta locations is expected approximately 30% of the time. Extended hours are required on occasion (incl. weekends) to fulfill client projects. Parking is included. Business expenses covered. Base salary, paid vacation and health benefits provided.
